(n) SIGN CATEGORY: <br /> Sign Category C, with off-premise business park directional signs permitted through a <br /> comprehensive sign design plan approved by the City. No electronic message board signs shall <br /> be permitted except time and temperature signs only, and no billboards shall be permitted. <br /> PART THREE —GENERAL TERMS <br /> 3.1 SEPA. The provisions of this Agreement are subject to the City's SEPA MDNS <br /> determination (#99-037), which is incorporated herein by reference. <br /> 3.2 Duration. The term of this Agreement shall be fifteen (15) years from the date of <br /> its execution by all parties; provided, however, that all of CSR-Associated's obligations under <br /> Part One of this Agreement and the City's indemnity obligations in Section 1.10 shall survive the <br /> termination of this Agreement. CSR-Associated shall be entitled to apply for one five (5) year <br /> extension of this Agreement. Such application shall be made in writing to the City's Planning <br /> Director explaining the reasons for such request. In authorizing any such extension, which shall <br /> be purely discretionary, the Planning Director is authorized to impose new conditions that are <br /> consistent with then existing City regulations and State and federal law. <br /> 3.3 Notices. Any notice, request, direction or other communication under this <br /> Agreement shall be in writing and shall be delivered by first class mail,properly addressed and <br /> with the required postage, or by facsimile, to the intended recipient at the address included <br /> below.
