7i 7 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 4843 <br /> A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City of Everett, <br /> Washington, fixing a time and place for hearing on <br /> the final assessment roll for Local Improvement <br /> District No. 733, and directing that notice thereof be <br /> given in the manner required by law. <br /> WHEREAS, the final assessment roll for Local Improvement District No. 733, which <br /> was created and established by Ordinance No. 2135-96 passed by the City Council on <br /> March 13, 1996, has been prepared as provided by law and is on file with the City Clerk, <br /> and it is necessary to fix the date for a hearing thereon before the City Council; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY <br /> OF EVERETT, that the public hearing on the final assessment roll for Local <br /> Improvement District No. 733 will be held before the City Council at 8:30 a.m., local <br /> time, in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, 3002 Wetmore Avenue, Everett, <br /> Washington on December 29, 1999.
