/.e%//:AM <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 4831roam iii , <br /> A RESOLUTION of the City of Everett,Washington, <br /> declaring its intent to accept a gift to the City of property,pursuant to <br /> Everett Municipal Code(EMC)2.105.010. <br /> WHEREAS,a project referred to as the 4151 Street Overpass Improvement required the <br /> City to acquire eight parcels of property; and <br /> WHEREAS,the vacant property located north of 4425 S. Third Avenue, owned by Mr. <br /> Farhang Javid, owner and CEO of Acrowood Corporation,has a fair market value of$130,000 as <br /> determined by an independent appraiser; and <br /> WHEREAS,Mr.Javid has offered to donate$100,000 of this amount back to the City. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF EVERETT that: <br /> Mayor Ed Hansen and Everett City Council members express their appreciation to Mr. <br /> Farhang Javid, owner and chief executive officer of Acrowood Corporation, and gratefully accept <br /> the equity of his property north of 4425 S.
