EXHIBIT B <br /> LID No. 737 <br /> Evergreen Way Street Improvement <br /> 112th Street to Airport Road <br /> Evergreen Way— <br /> A seven-lane standard street improvement, as adopted by the Everett City Council on April <br /> 12, 1978. Said standard street improvement is to include pavement widening with curb, <br /> gutter and sidewalks, and on-street public parking facilities in locations to be determined in <br /> the plans and specifications to be prepared by the City Engineer. <br /> 112th Street— <br /> Widen to 36 feet of pavement with curb, gutter and sidewalk on the south side of 112th Street, <br /> west of Evergreen Way, to complete the corner radius. <br /> 113th Street— <br /> Widen to 28 feet of pavement with curb, gutter and sidewalk around the corner on the south <br /> side, to complete the corner radius. <br /> Center Road— <br /> Widen to 36 feet of pavement with curb, gutter and sidewalk on the north side to complete <br /> the corner radius. <br /> and in addition to the improvements described above; all necessary appurtenances as <br /> determined by the City Engineer to include, but not limited to, storm drainage, landscaping, <br /> and traffic signal improvements. <br />
