4 <br /> Pass holders of record on December 31, 2006 shall remain eligible to purchase a pass <br /> within their present pass category provided that: 1)They remain City of Everett residents <br /> residing in the incorporated city limits or an address in the 98204 & 98208 zip code areas <br /> and 2.)A pass is purchased each succeeding year. For example, a pass holder of record in <br /> 2007 who does not purchase a pass in 2008 will no longer be eligible to purchase a pass. <br /> Pass holders who have lost eligibility to purchase a pass due to illness or injury, may <br /> petition the Parks Director for a waiver which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. <br /> An annual pass purchased at Legion Memorial will entitle the purchaser to play golf at <br /> Walter E. Hall with the same privileges. An annual pass purchased at Walter E. Hall will <br /> entitle the purchaser to play golf at Legion Memorial with the same privileges provided a <br /> crossover fee is paid. The Parks and Recreation Director will establish the crossover fee. <br /> Section 6: <br /> To ensure optimal utilization of both golf courses,the Parks and Recreation Director shall <br /> hereby be authorized to establish the beginning and ending hours of discount rates such <br /> as Early Bird,Twilight and Super Twilight. <br /> Section 7: <br /> To ensure a competitive market position for both facilities, the Parks and Recreation <br /> Director shall hereby be authorized to establish promotional offerings such as coupon <br /> specials, Frequent play cards, league fees and package deals. <br /> Section 8: <br /> The proceeds from the Admission Tax collected at the City of Everett golf courses shall <br /> be deposited in the revenue accounts of the Golf Fund. <br /> Section 9: <br /> The Rates, Definitions, Terms and Conditions set forth in this resolution shall be <br /> effective January 1, 2007 and will remain in effect until such time as the fee structure set <br /> forth in this Resolution is amended or otherwise revised.
