I have also enclosed <br />my personal check #2567 in the amount of $15.00. <br />It is my understanding that this matter has to be submitted by July 22 <br />for public hearing on August 5. <br />Although the material contained herein for application is self-explanitory, <br />I would appreciate your response to the following questions. <br />1. Would you accept testimony from any of the three parties <br />named as applicants as constituting proper representation as <br />to be defined under the term of applicant or should all three <br />parties be in attendance. <br />2.
