<br /> 1. Granting Clause. Grantor irrevocably grants, bargains, sells, conveys to Trustee in trust
<br /> with the power of sale, all of Grantor's estate, right, title, interest, claim and demand, now
<br /> owned or hereafter acquired, in and to the real property located in Snohomish County,
<br /> Washington, legally described in Exhibit A hereto, which real property is not used principally for
