This project is expected to begin in May 2007 and last <br /> through August 2007. The attached agreement identifies the proposed detour routes on Evergreen Way, <br /> Everett Mall Way, and South Broadway that will be used during this construction project. <br /> This agreement also includes reimbursement from WSDOT if additional maintenance to adjoining streets is <br /> required as a result of this project. <br /> City staff has participated with WSDOT in developing the detour routes for this project and to minimize <br /> construction impacts during peak travel hours. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign the Local Agency Haul Road/Detour Agreement with WSDOT for detour routes <br /> while Evergreen Way, Everett Mall Way, and South Broadway, from 112th St SW to SR 526 are under <br /> construction. <br /> 7 <br /> SR 99 Detour Aereement.doc <br />
