They are also requesting the closure of parking stalls on the 1800 block of Wall, south side; the 1700 block of Wall, north side; and the closure of Oakes Avenue, Wall to Hewitt, to park buses for the event. RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): To approve a rolling street closure beginning at the Snohomish County Plaza, traveling west on Wall Street, north on Colby, east on Everett Avenue, south on Broadway to the Everett Events Center; and the closure of parking stalls on the 1800 block of Wall, south side; the 1700 block of Wall, north side; and Oakes Avenue, Wall to Hewitt, on January 10, 2007, 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., for the Snohomish County Martin Luther King Jr. March sponsored by the Martin Luther King Jr. Committee.
