The American Dream Downpayment Initiative(ADDI)is HOME funds set aside for <br /> homeownership separate from the HOME allocation. This agreement brings several years' worth of HOME- <br /> ADDI funds to the City of Everett. The total amount of funding is $100,645.00. The City Council has <br /> approved these funds to be administered by HOMESITE as a part of the annual Community Development <br /> Block Grant(CDBG) funding cycle and a contract with HOMESITE will be coming to Council for approval <br /> in the future. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign the ADDI Agreement with Snohomish County for $100,645. <br />
