• <br /> 9 <br /> 7. Records which demonstrate compliance with the requirements of 49 CFR <br /> Part 24 and 24 CFR § 92.353 regarding displacement, relocation, and real property acquisition, <br /> including Project occupancy lists identifying the names and addresses of all persons occupying <br /> the real property on the date described in 24 CFR § 92.353(c)(2)(i)(A), moving into the property <br /> on or after the date described in 24 CFR § 92.353(c)(2)(i)(A), and occupying the property upon <br /> completion of ADDI assistance; <br /> 8. Records demonstrating that each project meets the lead-based paint <br /> requirements of 24 CFR § 92.355 and of 24 CFR Part 35, subparts A, B, J, K, M and R; <br /> 9. Records supporting requests for waivers of, and exceptions to, the <br /> conflict of interest prohibitions contained in 24 CFR § 84.42 and 24 CFR § 92.356 and in <br /> Section II-H of this Agreement; and <br /> 10. Records demonstrating compliance with 24 CFR Part 58, including flood <br /> insurance requirements. <br /> B. Reports <br /> The Agency agrees to submit to the County such reports as the County requests pursuant to <br /> the requirements of state or federal law. As a minimum, the Agency shall submit in a format <br /> prescribed by the County, the following: <br /> 1. Completion Reports <br /> A Homebuyer Completion Report in the form of Attachment G shall be submitted with each <br /> reimbursement request. <br /> 2. Quarterly Reports <br /> Quarterly reports in the form of Attachment J shall be due one month after the end of each <br /> quarter; shall cover the preceding three-month period; and shall include such demographic, <br /> loan activity, and financial management information as required by the County. <br /> 3. Annual Reports <br /> The Agency shall file with the County an annual report in a form approved by the County no <br /> later than thirty (30) days after the end of each fiscal year established for the Project. The <br /> report shall contain such information as the County may then require, including, but not limited <br /> to, the following: <br /> a. The loans provided by the Project: <br /> The number of loans made; <br /> ii.
