I'm providing three copies of a 1/2 scale version of sheet C-1 "Site Plan" per City of <br /> Everett Residential submittal checklist. 1" =20' <br /> 2. 2012 Energy code requirement are now more clearly called out on the Architectural <br /> drawings, including the clarification to the claim for an energy credit. See Sheet A-2. <br /> 3. Section mark detail bubbles now related to the correct numbering of the sheets. <br /> 4. Ventilation system has now been updated, see sheet A-2. <br /> 5. Whole house vent fan system and size is now called out on sheet A-2. <br /> 6. Toilet conforms to R307 IRC. See dimension. <br /> 7. All vent fans have been clearly called out on sheet A-2. <br /> 8. See note under window schedule on sheet A-2 highlighted in yellow. <br /> 9. Exterior R-10 rigid insulation was called out on Details A & B on sheet Al extending to <br /> top of concrete stem wall, and on the plan. (See yellow highlights) <br /> 10. Smoke alarms were called out as requested, see sheet A-1 "Alarm Schedule" now <br /> highlighted in yellow, AND "Floor Plan Notes" on Sheet A2. <br /> 11. See note on sheet A-2 at hall dimension, highlighted in yellow. <br /> 12. See new note on sheet A-2 at opening, highlighted in yellow. <br /> 13. See detail "C/A2" which shows 5/8" type 'X' GWB on both interior and exterior of wall <br /> there is room in the bath for this extra layer. <br />
