The <br /> existing mains and side sewer connections are very old and deteriorated which has resulted in increased <br /> repairs and poor reliability. This project will decrease sewer failures and provide increased reliability of the <br /> system. Trenchless (pipe bursting) methods will be used to replace a majority of these sewer lines. <br /> The Professional Services Agreement for the design of this project was approved in December 2003.
