8 <br /> Section 2: District to Maintain Events Center. The District agrees that in <br /> consideration for said payments the District will maintain the Events Center in first class <br /> condition for the eventual acquisition and_use of the Events Center by the City after all <br /> indebtedness of the District is paid in full.
