EVERETT CITY COUNCIL PRELIMINARY AGENDA 8:30 A.M., WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 14, 2007 CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS Roll Call Pledge of Allegiance Approval of Minutes: February 7, 2007 Mayor's Comments Council City Attorney Citizen Comments CONSENT ITEMS: (1) Adopt Resolution # authorizing claims against the city of Everett in the amount of $ 3,192,356.09 for the period of January 27, 2007 through February 7, 2007 ACTION ITEMS: (to be considered individually) (2) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Community Development Block Grant Subrecipient Agreements with the Boys and Girls Club and the Interfaith Association (3) Authorize the Mayor to sign an Interlocal Cooperative Purchasing Agreement with the University of Washington and authorize use of Contract #SL0206 for purchasing Steelcase Furniture (4) Authorize the Mayor to execute the License Agreement with Evergreen Recycling Inc. for use of city of Everett owned property located at the end of Railway Avenue (5) Authorize the Mayor to execute the Special Deed of Trust on the Everpark Garage to secure a grant from Washington State Department of Transportation in the amount of 1.8 million dollars (6) CB 0701-03 — 3rd and final Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance creating a Special Improvement Project entitled, "Silver lake Trail Phase 1," Fund 354, Program 034 to accumulate all costs for the Improvement Project (7) Award contract and Authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with MacLeod Reckord for the Silver Lake Trail Phase 1 design services in an amount not to exceed $63,895.00 (8) CB 0701-04— 3rd and final Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance vacating that portion of 12th, 13th and 14th Streets lying West of West Marine View Drive at the Everett Marina and Authorize the Mayor to sign Exhibit B of the Ordinance AGENDA CONTINUED ON THE BACK OF THIS PAGE
