6 <br /> Furthermore, no agreement will be awarded to a Proposer if any owner of such Proposer has been convicted <br /> within the past ten years of a crime involving dishonesty or false statements, or if the Proposer has unsatisfied <br /> tax or judgment liens. <br /> 6.0 Instructions for Proposal Form B—Price Sheet <br /> 6.1 Multiple Zones: Proposer may propose for one or more towing zones and may be awarded none, one, <br /> or both of the proposed zones. <br /> 6.2 Proposer's Proposal for Fees: In the space provided on Proposal Form B, Proposer shall propose firm <br /> fixed rates for the following services: <br /> (a)Per vehicle,per incident impound rates whereClass A/E/D trucks are needed at accidents or other <br /> incidents/requests, including, but not limited to: <br /> (i)fees for towing privately-owned vehicles to the Proposer's primary storage lot as defined in Section 3.7; <br /> (ii)fees for towing privately-owned vehicles to the City's secure storage to be held for investigation purposes; <br /> (iii)fees for towing City-owned vehicles to a City facility or for towing privately-owned vehicles to City's <br /> secure storage; <br /> (b)Per vehicle,per incident impound rates where Class B/E trucks are used to respond to accidents or other <br /> incidents/requests as provided below and subject to Section 3.5: <br /> (i)fees for towing privately-owned vehicles to the Proposer's primary storage lot as defined in Section 3.7; <br /> (ii)fees for towing privately-owned vehicles to the City's secure storage to be held for investigation purposes; <br /> (iii)fees for towing City-owned vehicles to a City facility or for towing privately-owned vehicles to City's <br /> secure storage; <br /> (c)Release fees for after hours(5:00 p.m.to 8:00 a.m. daily and all day Saturday, Sunday, and federal <br /> holidays),weekends and holidays; <br /> (d) Storage fees for privately-owned vehicles based on a per day storage rate charged to the nearest Y2 day from <br /> the time the vehicle arrives at the storage area, regardless of whether it is inside or outside storage. Provided, <br /> however, a vehicle that is impounded for fewer than six hours will not incur storage rates. <br /> (e)Tire change or mobilization fees for City-owned vehicles within City limits; <br /> 26 <br />
