A vehicle that is impounded for less than six hours will not incur storage rates Towing of city vehicles to city facility, or towing of private vehicles to police impound (evidence, seizure, other), cost per vehicle per tow incident Tire change or mobilization fees for City-owned vehicles within City limits Response fee where vehicle owner arrives and properly claims vehicle after hook is attached and vehicle has been lifted off the ground but before the truck has left the impound location with the impounded vehicle The above rates apply when vehicles are requested to be towed or ordered impounded by the Everett Police Department ("EPD").
