1. t <br /> Section 15. Paragraph E if Section 4(D) of Chapter 6 of Ordinance No. 2530-01 (EMC <br /> 15.24.320) is hereby repealed. The codifier is hereby instructed to mark the applicable <br /> section of the Everett Municipal Code as "RESERVED". <br /> E. (RESERVED)Review Process IV, Board of Adjustment Decisions. The written order <br /> appeals of variance extensions shall be final. Appeals of Review Process IV decisions <br /> shall be to Snohomish County superior court in accordance with Chapter 36.70C RCW <br /> and filed within twenty one days of the issuance of the decision. <br /> Section 16. Paragraph F of Section 4(F) of Chapter 6 of Ordinance No. 2530-01 (EMC <br /> 15.24.340.F), is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> F. Appeal to Court. Except where state law expressly provides for a different appeal <br /> process of a city land use permit, any appeal of a Review Process IV, V;and VI <br /> decision and any further appeal of an administrative appeal decision on a land use <br /> permit and associated SEPA determination by the examiner under this title shall <br /> be filed with the Snohomish County superior court within twenty-one days of the <br /> issuance of the land use decision, in accordance with the filing and other <br /> requirements of the Land Use Petition Act, Chapter 36.70C RCW. RCW <br /> 36.70C.040 specifies the method of computing the time period for a judicial <br /> appeal under the Land Use Petition Act(LUPA). <br /> Section 17. Section 3 of Ordinance No. 2050-95, as amended by Section 1 of <br /> Ordinance No. 2151-96, and Section 2 of Ordinance No. 2240-97 (EMC 2.14.030), is <br /> hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> Membership. The following establishes the membership for each of the boards <br /> regulated by Article V of the Charter: <br /> A. Animal shelter advisory committee—seven members; <br /> B. (RESERVED)Board of adjustment seven members; <br /> C. Board of appeals (review)—seven members; <br /> D. Board of park commissioners—seven members; <br /> E. Citizens advisory committee—eleven members; <br /> F. Cultural commission—eleven members; <br /> G. Council of neighborhoods—not to exceed two members from each neighborhood <br /> (each member shall be appointed to a separate position); <br /> H. Emergency medical services advisory board—eleven members; <br /> I. Historic commission—nine members; <br /> J. Human needs advisory committee—seven members; <br /> K. Lodging tax advisory committee—five members; <br /> L. Museum board—seven members; <br /> M. Planning commission—seven members; <br /> 9 3 N. Senior center advisory board—nine members; <br /> 7 <br />
