The plaintiff is the City of Everett and the defendant is Lynda Jo Yost. <br /> 19 The abatement includes, without limitation, the demolition and proper disposal of <br /> 20 the structure on the property. Costs of abatement may be assessed against the property in <br /> 21 accordance with Everett Municipal Code Section 1.20.090.
