The <br /> expertise of Floyd Snider's staff is needed to help the City with the permitting, site preparation, and <br /> environmental issues associated with the Riverfront developments—particularly on the former landfill site. <br /> Their past involvement in the remediation efforts for the landfill property makes Floyd Snider uniquely <br /> qualified to consult with the City on the prospective Riverfront developments. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. <br /> 1 to the Professional Services Agreement between the City and Floyd Snider, Inc. <br /> 2 <br />
