This Agreement may be entered into with any <br /> number of counterparts which, taken collectively, will constitute one entire <br /> agreement. <br /> 6.7 Ratification and Confirmation. All acts taken prior to the effective <br /> date of this Agreement that are consistent with the intent and purpose of the same <br /> are hereby ratified and confirmed retroactive to January 25, 2007. <br /> 6.8 Dispute Resolution.
