This site is commonly known as the Allen <br /> Buick/Culmback building property. The City wishes to have the property become a mixed use development <br /> that would include a condominium and/or hotel and/or office building with retail and/or restaurant use on the <br /> first floor. The attached Request for Proposal 2007-019 <br /> provides background information about the property <br /> and the City's objectives as well as the solicitation process requirements, RFP specifications, and proposal <br /> evaluation criteria.
