(finding 20) <br /> HEARING EXAMINER RECOMMENDATION <br /> It is recommended to the Everett City Council that the rezone of property at 9208 Holly Drive, <br /> Everett, Washington be approved. The rezone would include a change from the R-2, Single- <br /> Family Detached Medium Density zoning designation to an R-1(A), Single-Family Attached, <br /> 10-12 dwellings per acre, zoning designation. It is also recommended that building and <br /> public works permits for construction of 50 single-family detached units and modification of <br /> the 28-foot building height standard of the R-1(A) zone and modification of the multiple-family <br /> standards for building separations be granted.
