Additional revisions or additions may be <br /> required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br /> (2012 International Building Code,) (2012 International Residential Code,) as amended by the <br /> State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2012 Edition, and adopted by the <br /> City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br /> In order for the processing of your appnucatioun sv cove :iume, i u W ie ��e � e gy tt:U <br /> provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the <br /> corrections requested. <br /> 1. The plans as submitted do not meet the prescriptive requirements for lateral bracing. <br /> Provide a lateral analysis for wind and seismic loading prepared by a licensed WA State <br /> Structural Engineer. <br /> 2.
