February 22, 2017 <br /> Chassis from State Contract 05916 in the amount of $225,410.40, <br /> including Washington State sales tax. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Member Bader who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION — EXPENDITURE OF 2017 HUMAN NEEDS GRANT <br /> FUNDING <br /> President Tuohy and Council Member Franklin recused themselves from <br /> any discussion or action on this item. <br /> President Tuohy and Council Member Franklin left the council chambers <br /> at 12:47 p.m. <br /> Council Member Murphy read the item. <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher, to adopt the Resolution No. 7083 for expenditure of <br /> 2017 Human Needs Grant Funding in the amount of $434,000. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Member Bader who was excused and Council Members Tuohy and <br /> Franklin who were recused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Council Members Tuohy and Franklin returned to the council chambers at <br /> 12:48 p.m. <br /> AGREEMENT — EPA BROWNFIELDS COMMUNITY-WIDE <br /> ASSESSMENT GRANT <br /> Moved by Council Member Franklin, seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts, to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the <br /> 70 <br />
