The fixtures in the rear of <br /> the store in the display area are fed from concealed boxes <br /> in the overhead. These must be opened and made accessible. <br /> There is a new finished display area for which no permit <br /> has been issced or an inspection made of the wiring or light <br /> fixture. A unit heater has been installed in the warehouse <br /> that has non-approved wiring in the heater.
