Section 13: <br /> Vacation shall be taken as follows: <br /> A. Four (4) hours minimum for extra board and straight run operators. <br /> B. The entire a.m. or p.m. work piece for split-shift operators. <br /> C. Inspectors and maintenance personnel may take vacation in a 2 hour minimum block <br /> with written approval of the employee's supervisor. <br /> D. Paratransit Operators may take vacation in a 2 hour minimum block at the beginning or <br /> end of their regular work shift. <br /> Section 14: <br /> Except when an employee has signed for a vacation day on his/her day off (due to a new <br /> markup), employees may not remove their name from the vacation roster during the seven (7) <br /> day period prior to the vacation date without written notice to and express approval of the <br /> Director of Transportation Services or designee. <br /> 12 <br />
