This project as it suggests is an expansion tc the <br /> exis+ing parking facilides of the northern edge of the Everett Faciliry. Adjacent to <br /> the project site on the east is the existing Fluke flusiness Park. On the south is the <br /> ' ' north perimeter road to the Boeing Everett Faciliry. The westerly edge of this <br /> project skirts the edge of the GIS boundary ro the Powder Mill Gulch storm water <br /> detention and treatment faciliry. Along the northem edge of this p•oject is the <br /> � remaining undeveloped future building and parking lot expansion of the west <br /> drainage sub-basin within the Nonheast Expansion Area as identified in the 1991 <br /> Boeing EIS. The total area this project is 9.34 acres, 6.91 acres are tributary to the <br /> � West Detentiun Pond and the remainder is vibutary to the Powder �1ill Gulch <br /> Detention Pond. <br /> Existing Srorm Sen�cr Syslems <br /> , West Derention Pond Facility <br /> North of the northeast limits of the proposed parking area is an existing stonn <br /> water derention pond. Thi� pond N�as originally design for Nhat Nas then plamied <br /> ro be the multi-phased development of the Fluke property. When Boeing purchased <br /> this property west of the current F7uke properry line the Boein�, Company also <br /> purchase a share of the volmne nf this detenuon facility. In Appendix A aro the <br /> stormwater detention calculations prepared for this Fluke stonn detention pond <br /> facility, identified as pond "B" in the calculations anA named the ��cst detention <br /> pond in the Boeing EIS. <br /> Powder A1ill Gulch Detention Pond Facilities <br /> West of the limits of this project is the existing Pouder Mill Gulch Stomi �V:iter <br /> Detention Facilities.
