However, at the present time we are having heating, cooling, and ventilation problems with the units supplied by the Gas Company; and an engineering study ie being made to determine what correc- tions are required. We want the Gas Company to perform correctly on our contract with them, including sealing off areas of their equipment. We wish to hold off with any performance on our part until the study is completed and proper determination of respon,i- bility is set, and to save tearing out material when coirections to the system must be made.
