As I mentioned to you on tbe telephone, foad-service <br />establishc�ents must provide adequate, conveniently located toilet <br />f.acilities for its employees. Sharing the restroom facilities with <br />tlie other businesses caould not be allowed Uecause you would not have <br />complete control of the facilities (ex. soap, towels, cleanliness, <br />repairs, etc.). <br />In addition to L-he above, all food-service equipment must meet the <br />National Sanitation PoundaCion standard, or equivalent.
