The Health District operating permit application process must be completed prior to <br />opening for business. <br />If there are any significant changes or additions to your layout or equipment, the <br />Snohomi�h Health District must be no;ified. <br />A pra-operational inspection is required prior to opening for business Plaase contact <br />ihe Food Program office about one week in advance to schedule an aF�pointment.
