These <br />comments address building issues only. Additional revisions, or additions, may be required by <br />other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the 2006 <br />International Building Code, as amended by the State of Washington and adopted by the City of <br />Everett and the Washington State Energy Code, 2006 Edition, unless stated otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the <br />Building Division with two new sets of revisions reflecting the corrections requested. <br />1. The plans should include the location oP the sprinkler riser room. <br />2. The plans should include die requirement for a monitored fire detection system in <br />accordance with Chapter 1G.76 of the Everett Municipal Code. <br />3. Tenant spaces with an occupant load of 50 or more should have doors that swing in the <br />direction of cgress. IBC 1008.1.2. <br />4. Glevations should indude the requirement for safety glazing in all panels adjacent to doors. <br />II3C 2406.3. <br />5.
