When there is oniy one parking level below grade, it shail be marked "P01." When there is <br />more than one parking level b:low grade, they shall be marked with the letter "P" followed by <br />numbers, in descending ord r. Example -"P01", "P02", etc. <br />Large parking structures may use letters to designate columns for ease of locating automobiles. <br />Example - "Floor P3, Column E". <br />12. All fire alarm control panels (FACP) and sprinkler valves shall be in heated rooms or ciosets <br />with standard man door access. Locations shall be approved by the Fire Code Official. <br />13. The location of Fire Department connections (FDC) and post indicator valves (PIV) shall be <br />deter iried by the Fire Co ffcial—lf-imnediate-outside-mando access is available to the <br />�s nnkler valves.(risars , a PIV will not be required. <br />Per discussion with Kirtley-Cole on March 22, 2010, the FDC can go on the building if there are <br />no landscaping obstructions. <br />14. �Baitd' s or portions of buildings or facilities exceeding 30 feet in height above t e lowest level <br />of fire department vehicle access shall be provided with approved fire apparatus access roads <br />capable of accommodating fire department aerial apparatus. Overhead utilitv and power <br />lines shall not be located within the aerial fire apparatus access roadwav. <br />15.
