The study must , <br /> � � state the measures which can be taken to bring the vacuum into , <br /> � ' conformance with the City�s Noise Ordinance (EMC Chapter 20.08) . � <br /> � Noise level� tt the property line must be reduced to 60 dB(A) I <br /> �1 where the adjzcent property is commercially zoned (to the <br /> north) , and 57 dB(A) where the adjacent property is i <br /> � residentially zoned (to the east) . (These levels are modified <br /> by EMC 20.08.050. For example, between the hours of 10:00 PM <br /> f�1 and 7:00 AM during weekdays, and between the hours of 10:00 PM <br /> and 9:00 AM on weekends, the levels are reduced by ten dB(A) <br /> ��� where the receiving property is residentially zoned. ) <br /> �1 Prior to issuance of occupancy permits for the proposal, the <br /> '� � mitigation measures must be in place, per the recommendations in <br /> � the noise study.
