The study must , <br /> � � state the measures which can be taken to bring the vacuum into , <br /> � ' conformance with the City�s Noise Ordinance (EMC Chapter 20.08) . � <br /> � Noise level� tt the property line must be reduced to 60 dB(A) I <br /> �1 where the adjzcent property is commercially zoned (to the <br /> north) , and 57 dB(A) where the adjacent property is i <br /> � residentially zoned (to the east) . (These levels are modified <br /> by EMC 20.08.050.
