This constitutes an award of federal funds approved under the Pre-disaster Mitigation <br /> Competitive grant program. The performance period of this grant begins on May 29, <br /> 2015 and ends on October 30, 2018. <br /> 2. This award approves funding and performance period for the following sub-grants: <br /> Subgrant Number Sub-grantee Performance period <br /> PDMC-PL-I0-WA-2015-002 Kittitas County 05/29/15 to 10/30/18 <br /> PDMC-PL-10-WA-2015-004 City of Everett 05/29/15 to 10/30/18 <br /> PDMC-MC-I0-WA-2015-010 WMD-EMD 05/29/15 to 10/30/18 <br /> 3. To receive consideration, written requests to extend the performance period for the grant <br /> or any approved sub-grant must be received at DHS-FEMA Region X at least sixty(60) <br /> days prior to the end of the performance period identified in this document and conform <br /> to the requirements of the Pre-disaster Mitigation Grant Agreement Articles. <br /> 4. In awarding contracts with Federal funds received under this award,the WMD-EMD <br /> shall ensure agreements include the provisions required by Federal statute and executive <br /> orders and their implementing regulations. <br /> 6. Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act requirements: <br /> In accordance with 2 CFR §170.330 Appendix A, each action that subawards(does not <br /> include contracts)any of the funds received under this award to another entity in the <br /> amount of$25,000 or more must be reported. Federal funds designated as Recovery <br /> funds defined in section 1512(a)(2)of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of <br /> 2009, Pub. L. 111-5 are excluded from the reporting requirement. <br /> Each subaward action must be reported to http://www.fsrs.gov no later than the end of the <br /> month following the month in which the subaward was funded. <br /> 1 <br />
