If you wish to recommeriod <br /> work you may renew �your permit at no cost for an additional 180 day p <br /> by submitting a written request to Yhis office. The renewal request must <br /> reach us by April 3,� 1989. Any corrections required must be completed and <br /> firal approval obtained before April 3rd. Permits that have been neither <br /> finaled not renewed by that date will expire. To renew the work or obtain <br /> an inspection will then require the payment 'of a fee. <br /> You may mail or deliver written requests to our office at 3200 Cedar Street, <br /> Evemtt, WA 98201.
