The City's review of <br />the Grantor's plans w:der this easement shall not be deemed to <br />impose any dtily o� obligation on t}ie City to determine the <br />adequacy or suffi��ienc;r of Grantor's plans and designs nor <br />whether GranL-or's construction, wo!�i: or activity is in <br />�:on:.ormance witn other ;tpplicable plans, codes and regulations. <br />F�.rther, agreerr��nt by I:he'City to :�ucii construction, work or <br />activity shall not in �ny manner be cor�sidered as imposing any <br />obligation, duty or liability upon the City as to the safety or <br />propri2ty of such construction, wock or activity. <br />Notwithstanding the foregoing, the City shail not unreasonably <br />withhold its consent to Grantor's request and shali not <br />unreasonably delay its response thereto. <br />3. In the event the easement property is disturbed by the <br />installation, maintenance, removal, repaic or replacement of the <br />utilities specified herein, City, its successors and assigns, <br />shall rastore said easement property as nearly as possible to <br />the condition in which it existed as oi the commencement of said <br />in>tallaL-i.on, mai.ntenance, r.emoval., r.epair or replacement. <br />6.
