October 19, 1987 <br />File Number 02-85-087-002 <br />EXHIBIT "A" <br />Legal Description of Water Line Easement on Titanic Property <br />That portion of the southeast quarter of Section 18, Township 28 North, Range 5 <br />Fast, W.M., in Snohomish County, Washington, described as follows: <br />A strip of land being 15.00 feet in width, the centerline of which is <br />described as follows: Camonencing at the southwest corner of said southeast <br />quarter; <br />Thence S89°29'39"E, along the southlim of said southeast quarter, a <br />distance of 353.64 feet to a point 5.00 feet easterly of, as measured at <br />right angles to, the easterly margin of the Pacific Northwest Traction <br />Company right-of-way; <br />Thence NO2'15'00"W parallel with said easterly margin a distance of 1204.93 <br />feet; <br />Thence N87°45'00"E, 450.72 feet to the True Point of Beginning of this <br />description.; <br />Thence N59°41'01"E, 116.97 feat to point "AAA"; <br />Thence continuing N59041'01"E 27.41 feet to point "BBB"; <br />Thence continuing N59041'01"E 181.54 feet to point "CCC"; <br />Thence continuing 10 9°41'01"E 28.68 feet to point "DDD"; <br />Thence continuing N59041'01"E 107.06 feet to the southerly boundary of the <br />tract conveyed to the C.D. Stimpson Company by Warranty Deed recorded under <br />Auditor's File No. 79051BO297 and the terminus of the herein described <br />centerline. <br />ALSO, a strip of land being 15.00 feet in width, the centerline of which is <br />described as follows: <br />Beginning at the aforesaid point "AAA"; <br />Thence N30018159"W, 35.00 feet to include the fire hydrant in said strip of <br />land. <br />ALSO, a strip of land being 21.00 feet in width, the centerline of which is <br />described as follows; <br />Beginning at the aforesaid point "BBB"; <br />Thence S02114'36"E, 31.2 feet more or less to the inside wall of the water <br />room to include the water meter and detector check valve. The lateral <br />bounderies of this easement are to be lengthened or shortened to conform <br />with the inside walls of the water roan. <br />ALSO, a strip of land being 21.00 feet in width, the centerline of which is <br />described as follows: <br />Beginning at the aforesaid point. "CCC"; <br />Thence S58023'22"Er 31.2 feet more or less to the inside wall of the water <br />roan to include the water meter and detector check valve.
