This lender, <br />Ph nix Insurance Company, has, in part, requested our <br />The oe <br />Opinion on the following subjects: <br />{whether] to our knowledge the project is in compliance <br />with all provisions of the Federal and State law and <br />local ordinances, including, but not limited to, all <br />zoning, subdivision, building and health safety rules, <br />regulations, laws, ordinances, safety rules, regula- <br />tions, laws, ordinances, directives, and statutes <br />applicable to the project. . . . <br />We have already talked to you, or left a message with your <br />staff, about the need to update your earlier opinions concerning <br />the legal compliance of the project. We enclose with this <br />letter a draft of a certification from you as to certain facts <br />concerning the project. We request that you type the enclosed <br />letter on your letterhead, sign it, and return it to us in the <br />stamped, addressed envelope. The original of this document will <br />be supplied to the lender as part of our opinion letter, and we <br />will rely on the certification in issuing our opinion.
