This letter is written as a follow up to my telephone conversation with your office regarding the total square footage involved in this addition. I am raking an interpretation of the breakdown as follows: 1. Gross Leaseable Area.....................30,423 square feet 2. Common Area..............................18,740 square feet 3. Restrooms................................ b3b square Teel Total....................................49,999 square feet This amount of area is public related to the new facility. This area also adjoins and uses a common area in exiting the building. The following area has been isolated, because I feel it is ancillary to the public areas as mentioned above, and the fact that the public is net allowed into these areas which are primarily there to service the exit ways from the old building. I have also included the electrical rooms because they are not a public space, z.nd they are isolated from the rest of the building as a one -hour enclosure and the door opens directly to the exterior. 1.
