These lenders, Summit Trust Company and. The <br />Phoenix Insurance Company have, in part, requested our opinion <br />on the following subjects: <br />[Whether] to our knowledge the project is in compliance <br />with all provisions of Federal and State law and local <br />ordinances, including, but not limited to, all zoning, <br />subdivision, building and health safety rules, <br />regulations, laws, ordinances, directives, and statutes <br />applicable to the project . . . . <br />We have discussed this matter with the City Attorney, <br />Mr. Bruce Jones. He has authorized you to assist us in <br />rendering our opinion. We enclose with this letter a draft of <br />a certification from you as to certain facts concerning the <br />project. We request that you type the enclosed letter on your <br />own letterhead, sign it, and return it to us in the stamped, <br />addressed envelope. If there is any information in the <br />enclosed cer=ification, which, to your knowledge, is untrue or <br />inaccurate, please contact us immediately so that we can <br />discuss the situation with you. We understand from Titanic's <br />lenders that they would like to receive a draft of our opinion <br />
