We have been <br />requested by counsel for Summit Trust Company to date our <br />opinion as of November 5, 1987. We request that you certify <br />that there have been no material changes in the Project, and it <br />continues to be in compliance with all laws and regulations as <br />previously identified in your earlier certifications to us. <br />As before, we will rely upon your certifications, and it is our <br />intention to furnish a copy of your new certification to Summit <br />Trust Company. <br />We have enclosed with this letter a proposed form for your use <br />in writing back to us to confirm that there have been no <br />material changes in your opinions, as previously expressed. <br />Very truly yours, <br />SULL VAN, GI�$FST & TWISSELMAN <br />By Thom H.
