Property dimensions, Zocation of all buildings, parking <br />areas, driveways and landscape areas <br />b. Location of all existing signs, including the sign height <br />and sign area for each sign. <br />c. Location of all proposed signs, including setbacks from <br />property lines, other signs (on-site and on adjacent sites). <br />d. Location of protective islands required by Section 36.090 <br />for freestanding signs. <br />e. Location of any signs to be removed or modified. <br />f. Which nonconforming signs are proposed to remain. <br />2. Elevation Drawinq drawn to scale showing: <br />a. For freest_anding signs show the height, dimensions and sign <br />area of all proposed and existing signs <br />b.
