See Article 44. Remove the sleeping facilities from the shop area or provide proper separation per the Uniform Building Code. Repair garages requires two exits. Therefore, a second exit must be provided. 4. Any alterations to this business must be done under permit from the City - of Everett 8uilding Department and inspected by them upon canpletion. j Plans for the change of occupancy must be submitted to the 8uilding � Department For approval as well as any further plans For future alterations.
