The primary purpose af the wall is to protect tho soil face exposed by <br /> excavation for construction of the single famity residences on each of the sev�n lots. <br /> The work pertormed on this project does not in any way ad^Iress any environmental aspect <br /> of the project, such as the poteni�sl presence of any toxic or hazardous materials. If such <br /> issues need to be addressed, we will be available to do so under a separate contract. <br /> Proiect Descrintton <br /> Development of the seven subject lots is partially restricted by the presence of a relatively <br /> steeply sloping earth bank located along the eastern side of the Ints.
