<br /> repair and replacement of such pipeline or lines and appurtena�ces, the Grantee
<br /> shall immediately after such installation, repair or replacement, restore said
<br /> premises as nearly as reasonably possible to their condition at the time of comnence-
<br /> ment of such installation, repair or replarement.
<br /> Grantor•s reserve unto themselves, their successors, assigns, and lessees, the
<br /> right to use said right-of-way for any or all purposes riot inconsistent with this
<br /> grant. Grantors further reserve unto themselves the right to connect to said
<br /> sewage pipeline.
<br /> THIS GRAWT OF EASEMENT is anu shall be of the same force and effect to all
<br /> intents and purpos�s as a covenant running tvith the land.
