<br /> The undersigned, GRANTORS, for and in cansideration of Gne Dollar (51.00) and
<br /> ther valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknn�:�;adged, by these
<br /> presents convey to •the CITY OF EVERETT, a municipal corporation �f the State of
<br /> Washington, GRANTEE, an easement over, under, across and along the following described
<br /> property, situate in the City of Everett, Snohomish County, Washington, to-wit: F
<br /> That portien of Lot 1, Block 14, Intercity Addition Division No. 1, as
<br /> per plat recorded in Volume 11 of Plats at page 9, records of Snohomish
<br /> County, kashington, AND a portion of the E; of the NE� of the IIE; of
<br /> ' Section 24, Township 28 North, Range 4 East, W.M. , described as follows:
<br /> A 20 foot wide strip of land adjacent to and para11e1 with the southerly
<br /> margin of South Broadway, lying westerly of a point on the nortn line
<br /> of said Lot 1, 170.86 feet easterly of the westeriy corner of s�iid
<br /> I.ot 1; AND that portion of the E� of the NE; of the NE� of Section 24,
<br /> Township 28 North, Rapge 4 East, W.M. , lying northerly of a line that
<br /> is parallel with and 20 feet south of the southerly right-of-way line i

<br /> TOGETHER WITH a 50 foot wide strip of land, for temporary construction -
<br /> easement, zdjacent to and paralle7 with the southerly margin of South '

<br /> parallel with and 50 feet south of the souther1y right-of-way line of

<br /> Said easement being for the purpose of constructing, maintaining, operating,
<br /> repairing and replacing sanitary sewer mains, manholes and all necessary connections
<br /> and appurtenances thereto provided that in the original installation and in the
<br /> repai^ and replacement of such pipeline or lines and appurtenances, the Grantee
<br /> shall immediately after such installation, repair or replacement, restore said `

<br /> Grantors reserve unto themselves, their successors, assi9ns, and lessees, the
