Bedroom windows are 56" off the floor which is in cxcess of the 44" <br /> from the floor required for cmergency rescue and escape. ' <br /> 2. The baseboard heater in the front bedroom falls away from the wall and <br /> may short out. The thermostat on this heater does not work and the heat <br /> gets excessive. <br /> 3. The electrical outlet in the front bedroom is not grounded or is <br /> improperly grounded. <br /> 4. The kitchen sink drain leaks and is currently taped to prevent leaking. <br /> 5. The framing members of the roof, the ridge and rafters, sag to such an <br /> extent tl�at it may collapse under a heavy snow load. <br /> A revicw of the file on this building indicates that permits were not issued for the <br /> conversion of the building from a breeding building for Chinchillas into a dwelling <br /> unit. <br /> ���a:��,i,«�,� <br />
