Di�recfo� <br /> . <br /> 'T <br /> �,t. <br /> CIII Of E�1C <br /> January 18, 1994 189���� <br /> Joseph Brusha <br /> 10231 lst Drive S.E. <br /> Everett, WA 98204 <br /> RE: 08-94 Notice of illegal duplex 10315 lst Dr. S.F.. , Everett <br /> Dear Mr. Brusha, <br /> It has come to our attention and been verified by on site <br /> inspection that you have constructed a second residential unit <br /> which is attached to the main residence at 10315 lst Dr. S.E. <br /> without obtaining a permit and in a zone that does not permit <br /> duplexes. <br /> Our records do not show any permit for this addition and the <br /> inspection indicated that there are potential violations of the <br /> building code in the way this unit was constructed. <br /> In order to rectify this situation, you must contact the building <br /> division for instructions on how to obtain a permit for this <br /> unit. Since this zone does not permit duplexes, you will have to <br /> submit plans which show this as an addition to the main residence <br /> and you must remove the kitchen facilities from the plans. If <br /> you choose to have a �econd kitchen, it will only be allowed if <br /> you submit a letter to the City, recorded with the property deed, <br /> indicating that the additional Y.itchen unit will be used by the <br /> residents of the main dwelling only. You mu�t also show the <br /> proper internal connections with the main house for the addition. <br /> All plans for the addition must be submitted on or before <br /> FPt�ruarv ��, 1994.
