Show ventilation on plans. <br /> 3. Provide detail of balcony construction. Show I�ow balcony is drained. Detail <br /> guardrail construction. <br /> 4. Provide calculations fon c�ader at sliding glass door in family room. (supporting <br /> cantilevered deck). <br /> 5. Provide foundation plan. Show perimeter footing and all spread footings (at <br /> interior bearing walls). <br /> 6. Provide non-combustible heaith at fireplace. Hearth should extend min. 20" in <br /> front of and l2" beyend each end of fireplace opening, s��ow on plans. <br /> 7. All rooms and interior spaces shall be labeled. Verify light and ventilation <br /> requirements are met in area where bedroom was removed. <br /> 8. Trusses can not be modified without approval of a licensed Wa. St. St�uctural <br /> Engineer. The 3 1/8' x 12" glu-lam beam would have to be set under the existing <br /> trusses.
